Buyers want kitchens that look spacious and clean, with plenty of counter and cabinet space. The first step is to clear the counters. If you can get away with it, keep absolutely nothing on the counters. Toasters, crock pots, spice racks, anything that you usually have sitting on your counters, put them away and only take them out when you need to use them.
